Mental Health and Life Coaching with Strummer Hoffston

Coaching is collaborative, goal-oriented work. First we establish the change you seek, identifying the underlying beliefs and behaviors that both support and interfere with that change. Then we create a clear and attainable action plan that can be maintained with flexibility and ease. 

 

Though coaching and therapy are similar in that they both address the underlying causes of behaviors, coaching focuses more on generating actions that can be put to use right away. Coaching can focus on the nitty-gritty, day-to-day experiences that play a part in achieving change.   

 

There’s no goal too simple or complex to bring to the table. Whether the struggle is with internal issues like low self-esteem and self-worth, or external objectives like time management and task initiation, together we'll address these changes in a productive, judgment-free environment.
